About LifeBridge

LifeBridge Supported Living Ltd was set up to do one thing properly: help working-age adults with mental health needs make the move out of hospital into a home of their own, and stay there.

Our approach

Recovery is not a straight line, and a service that only works when someone is well is not much of a service. We build support around what a person wants their week to look like, agree in advance what happens on the hard days, and keep the same staff around long enough for trust to be worth something.

We work in step with community mental health teams, care coordinators and social workers rather than around them, and we keep families in the picture wherever the person wants that.

What we hold ourselves to

Say the true thing

With the people we support, with families, and with commissioners. If we cannot meet a need, we say so before a placement starts, not after.

The person decides

Support plans are written with people, in their words, and they can change them. Choice is not a document; it is what happens on a Tuesday afternoon.

Consistency over intensity

Small, reliable support delivered by the same familiar staff does more for recovery than a burst of activity that disappears.

Evidence we can show

We record outcomes clearly so funding teams can see what changed, what it cost, and what should happen next.

Our team

Registered Manager

Our Registered Manager leads the service day to day: assessments, support planning, safeguarding, staff supervision, and the relationship with commissioners and clinical teams. Every referral is reviewed personally before it is accepted.

Support workers

Our support workers are recruited for temperament as much as experience, are trained in mental health awareness, trauma-informed practice, medication support and safeguarding, and receive regular supervision and reflective practice. All are DBS-checked before starting.

Regulation and governance

LifeBridge Supported Living Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. You can view our Companies House filing (opens in a new tab). We run robust recruitment and vetting procedures, keep a clear safeguarding reporting and whistleblowing pathway, and hold regular staff supervision. Our current regulatory position, policies, insurance and safeguarding arrangements are shared directly with commissioning and discharge teams on request.
